Caitlin McQuilkin-Bell,
Pro track & cross country runner

About Caitlin

Caitlin started her running career at a competitive and elite level around 14 years of age. After competing and winning in multiple state and national running events in Queensland and Australia, she got a running sponsorship to study at the University of Florida in the US. With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth and Community Life Sciences, a minor in Health Science promotion, a specialization in Health Education and multiple certificates in Sports Nutrition for Endurance and Strength Athletes, and fitness coaching amongst others, she now also coaches young aspiring athletes and runs her CMB Running Academy.

"Since using PREPD I've been able to train harder and run longer mileage per week than I have before. I'm not getting sore, stiff or fatigued either. My recovery is amazing. I'm just waiting to feel sore or tired after a hard session - and it's just not happening!"
