Emily Watts is a 21-year-old professional National Road cyclist and peloton cyclist. Emily is part of the National Road Series Team, KOM Knights Racing Team and taking on the best elite women in Australia in the National Road Series. Over an 8-month period in 2019, Emily Watts spent her time recovering and training after fracturing 6 vertebrae. In her first race in December 2019, Emily won the bronze medal at the Ballarat Road National Championships.  Emily is a determined young woman, who is pursuing a teaching career and professional cycling. We at PREPD are proud to be on this remarkable journey with Emily.

“I first trialled PREPD over the Tour of Tasmania and while the conditions weren’t hot, hydration was still very important given the duration of the race. I had an amazing experience with PREPD and noticed feeling better hydrated with less performance drop near the end of each stage. The Recover drink was critical as I was able to back up my performance much better after consecutive days of racing.”— EMILY WATTS
