Steve McKenna,
Professional ITU Triathlete

About Steve McKenna

Since transitioning from football to triathlon in 2015, Steve has quickly become one of the rising stars on the Australian triathlon scene. After earning his long course professional triathlon license within 12 months, he has been Male South Australian Triathlete of the Year three times in his first three seasons and has finished in the top 10 in all of his first races as a professional. Now adding ITU short course racing to his repertoire, Steve is unquestionably an athlete to look out for in the future.

"I have always struggled on the run leg of long course triathlon races (running is otherwise my strength) due to my huge sweat rate making it challenging to take on enough fluids, which has significantly limited my potential. Over the last 2 months I have tested PREPD consistently on long training days and in race conditions. I am now convinced it is a game changer and key to reaching my potential. My experience backs up the science, as I have no doubt that PREPD has boosted my hydration, enhancing my performance and ability to train longer and harder."
