Consumption Guide

  • Drink 1x 350mL PREPD Prime 6-18 hours before intense exercise (hint: drink the evening before a morning session or with breakfast for an afternoon session).
  • Drink 1x 350mL PREPD Recover immediately after intense exercise.

How to Trial: We recommend trialling the two-step PREPD hydration system over several heavy training sessions as per the consumption guide above. When better hydrated you may notice the following benefits.
