How do I manage my subscription?
After you make your first subscription purchase, you will be prompted to create an account with the email you purchased with. From here, you can access your subscription dashboard.
This is where you can can:
- Manage your existing subscription
- Cancel or start a new subscription
- Add one-time products or addtional products to your subscription
- Skip shipments
- View and edit your delivery schedule
- See your purchase history
- Update your shipping address & billing information
- Apply discount codes
To access your subscription regularly, use the subscription menu and click "Manage My Subscription" to log in, or retrieve a new log in link.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with zero cancellation fees. Just log into your subscription dashboard, click Manage Subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
Can I buy a single product and a subscription at the same time?
Yes, you are able to add one-time products to your new or existing subscription.
You will still receive free shipping on both products as it is still considered a subscription purchase.
